L.    Summary	George and Harold are pranksters in their school.   The principal hates the boys and wants them out of his school. They boys get a plan to hypnotize him.  When he is hypnotized, the boys make him do silly things.  The principal becomes Captain Underpants, the superhero from the comics they created.  They finally undo the prank and Mr. Krupp is back to himself again.  The only thing they do not know is every time someone snaps their fingers, Mr. Krupp turns back into Captain Underpants.
